The donations are tax deductible and you will receive a receipt stating so. As with all children needing homes, and esp. in countries that have not set up programs that enable orphans to be very well taken care of, getting these girls home ASAP is of utmost importance for a variety of reasons. Reasons such as nutrition, health, development, medical care etc., but the most important of these... LOVE and family. As a good friend said recently... pray to God and ask WHAT he wants you to do for the "orphan". Not IF, but WHAT. That may be prayer, donations to help a child or children find their forever family, or maybe even the adoption of a child in need into your own family. God has already opened the door for you, for each of us. You hvae to walk through it to see what is on the other side!
